I offer appointments at a calm and confidential location in Westbourne, Bournemouth as well as online therapy via a secure video platform or by telephone. However, during the current Covid-19 period, I have suspended in-person appointments and continued my practice online or by telephone.

Should you choose to go ahead, we can agree on a mutually suitable 50-minute time for our sessions.  Clients usually reserve the same weekly appointment time on a regular, recurring basis.

 

Prior to your session, I will email you a ‘Welcome Pack’ which includes a consent form, terms and conditions, privacy policy and payment details for you to sign and return to me by email before our initial session.
