I understand that reaching out for support can feel like one of the hardest steps to take.  Finding a therapist with whom you feel safe, understood, and able to connect can feel overwhelming.  I am very glad you are here.

I support adults (18+) experiencing a broad range of emotional difficulties, with particular specialist interest in:

My Specialist Interests

GAINING INSIGHT & UNDERSTANDING

Trauma, Complex PTSD & Childhood Experiences

I specialise in working with adults who have experienced developmental trauma, complex trauma, relationships, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and experiences that continue to affect emotional wellbeing later in life.

Together, we work towards greater understanding, emotional safety, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of self.

Eating Disorders & ARFID Specialist Support

As a Master Practitioner trained through the National Centre for
Disorders (NCFED), I support individuals experiencing:

  • Anorexia Nervosa

  • Bulimia Nervosa

  • Binge Eating Disorder

  • ARFID (Avoidant.Restrictive Food Intake Disorder)

  • Emotional and Compulsive Eating.

My approach recognises that eating difficulties are rarely just about food and often reflect deeper emotional, relational, sensory, nervous system experiences.

Neurodiversity: Autism, ADHD & AuDHD

I work with Autistic and Neurodivergent adults, including those who may identify with ADHD, AuDHD and Dyspraxia.

Therapy can support difficulties such a burnout, masking, rejection sensitivity, identity, emotional regulation, executive functioning, relationships, self-understanding and navigating life in ways that feel more sustainable and authentic.

Anxiety, Depression & Long-Term Health Conditions

I also support adults experiencing anxiety, depression and the emotional impact of long-term health conditions and disabilities.

My work is informed by an understanding that emotional wellbeing and physical wellbeing are often interconnected.  I help clients with long-term illnesses susch as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), Myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME) Fibromyalgia, and long-term disabilities.
