HelIo, I'm Lisa Crafter MBPsS MBACP, an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist offering in-person therapy in Westbourne, Bournemouth (BH4) and online psychotherapy across London (E14), the UK and internationally.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel like one of the hardest steps to take. Finding a therapist with whom you feel safe, understood, and able to connect with, can feel overwhelming. I am very glad you are here.

I specialise in working with adults who have experienced developmental trauma, complex trauma, relationships, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and experiences that continue to affect emotional wellbeing later in life.
Together, we work towards greater understanding, emotional safety, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of self.


Eating Disorders & ARFID Specialist Support
As a Master Practitioner with the National Centre for Eating Disorders (NCfED), I support individuals experiencing:

My approach recognises that eating difficulties are rarely just about food and often reflect deeper emotional, relational, sensory, nervous system experiences.

I work with Neurodivergent adults, including those who may identify with Autism, ADHD, AuDHD and Dyspraxia.
Therapy can support difficulties such as burnout, masking, rejection sensitivity, identity, emotional regulation, executive functioning, relationships, self-understanding and navigating life in ways that feel more sustainable and authentic.


Anxiety, Depression & Long-Term Health Conditions
I also support adults experiencing anxiety, depression and the emotional impact of long-term health conditions and disabilities.
My work is informed by an understanding that emotional wellbeing and physical wellbeing are often interconnected. I help clients with long-term illnesses susch as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), Myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME) Fibromyalgia, and long-term disabilities.

I work from my private practice in Westbourne, Bournemouth, conveniently supporting clients across Bournemouth, Poole, Sandbanks, Christchurch and Dorset, alongside offering online therapy throughout the UK and internationally.
